Staff were super friendly and you could see they really care, seemed like family. The pools were rit to relax in after hitting the slopes, lekker way to unwind! And the view from our room was just a koppie view, fine!

Brekkie was so-so, could have done with more hot options.

Immaculately clean and relaxing hotel, flexible staff and exceptionally comfortable beds. Lovely views of mountain and delicious breakfasts for the other courses. Reasonably large heated rooms. Wonderful location in public areas often dropping service, free parking onsite. Just off Auffach and the hill. Friendly service and great value. The pool was amazing, comfortable to sit around.

Breakfast basic.

I was expecting a royal treatment, but alas, i got a very basic room with little amenities. The breakfast lacked fresh fruit and the sauna had torn towels, so uncouth. I thought complimentary fruit would be a nice touch , but apparently, that was too much to ask. I almost wrote a good review, but just couldn't.

Wellness area . The water could be warmer. Rest area too not sufficiently isolated.

The room was spacious and clean, with a balcony offering views of the area. The indoor pools were kept super clean and was nice.

The food quality varied significantly. Many dishes felt uninspired with a predominance of frozen vegetables and bland flavors, which could leave a sour taste when you expect better dining. Breakfast options were limited, lacking variety, with no sausages or bacon . The size of the sauna was concerning, with towels not readily available, and some facilities appeared outdated. While the hotel has pools, the outdoor one was unheated, limiting its use. Wi-Fi was only available in public areas, especially for those needing to stay connected in rooms. The noise from entertainment catered to big tourist groups often disrupted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere. Lastly, the seating arrangements in the dining room could leave guests feeling isolated, particularly during busier meal times.

Window boxes not planted on the sides and somewhat dilapidated. The front parts of the dining rooms occupied by huge group reservations! As a single traveller you may then go all the way to the back

The kids loved the friendly atmosphere, and we made great friends at the dinner table. Our room was cozy and spotlessly clean, reflecting how good our previous stay in niederau was.

the breakfast coffee was subpar.

My stay at Harmony in Niederau delivered a good experience. The spacious double room provided ample comfort after long days exploring the Alps. I found the swimming pool particularly enjoyable, a refreshing escape after outdoor adventures. While breakfast offered a limited selection, the friendly atmosphere made it enjoyable.

Dinner menu lacked variety, yet the room was spacious and clean.

The spacious rooms boast a lovely mountain view, and the indoor pools are perfect for after skiing. We even took a nice horse and carriage ride into the forest!

Would recommend for a rapid stop.

Clean room, friendly staff, the location is conveniently close to the skiing area.

Can't fault anything about it.
